As Division Area Manager, Vice President, and Underwriting Counsel, I lead the National Commercial Services office in Kansas City, guiding a dedicated team and ensuring seamless transactions at First American Title. I handle a broad range of complex title matters, including mechanics liens, multi-site and multi-state closings, mezzanine loans, bankruptcy, receivership, redevelopment, railroad right-of-way, and harbor or waterway interests. I am an active member of ULI and CCIM, and regularly lecture for industry groups. I hold a JD from the University of Kansas School of Law (2014) and am licensed in Kansas and Missouri.
