Sarah Baxter

I am a Senior Commercial Title Officer with over 16 years in the title insurance industry, including nine years at First American. I have handled diverse residential and commercial projects in both the Direct Division and National Commercial Services Division. During my time here, I've been honored with the People First Award (2018) and the Caring Eagles Award (2019, 2024). An alumna of Judson University with a B.A. in English, I pursued graduate studies at Chapman University and am learning Spanish at Boise State University.
