Roger W. Derilo

I am a Commercial Underwriter for the First American Title Insurance Company – National Commercial Services Division. I joined First American in 1989 and have held roles as a Residential Title Officer, Homebuilder's Services Title Officer, and Commercial Underwriter. Over the years, I’ve worked as an individual contributor closing complicated land acquisitions, construction financing, multisite and multistate transactions across all asset classes.

In my current role, I’m focused on developing strong relationships with our existing clients while driving continued growth in the commercial real estate space. I live in Moreno Valley, CA, and enjoy spending time with my wife, 2 adult daughters and our granddaughter.
