Matthew Darrah

I manage First American Title’s National Energy Services team, which includes more than 50 title and escrow professionals dedicated exclusively to new build energy and infrastructure projects. I’ve been in the title insurance industry for over 23 years, starting in agencies, then working as a paralegal before joining First American Title’s National Commercial Services Division in 2016.

Since then, I’ve focused on energy projects and have underwritten some of the largest in the country alongside my team, including Vineyard Wind 1, the first major offshore wind farm in the U.S., Traverse Wind, the largest onshore wind farm in the U.S., Empire Wind 1, and many other projects.
