I am based in the Seattle National Commercial Services division, and enjoy the process of underwriting complex and unique title transactions. With over 25 years in the title and escrow industry, all with First American Title and its affiliates, I’ve held roles from document clerk to examiner to Title Officer/Manager. In 2013, I transitioned to National Commercial Services to focus on the challenges of commercial transactions. My experience spans HUD, low-income housing tax credits, multifamily, and construction financing.
