Kate Rasmussen

As an underwriter with a background in private law practice, I work closely with attorneys, owners, lenders, and developers to find solutions to complex title problems and facilitate closings of commercial real estate transactions involving all asset types. I enjoy bringing creativity and analytical rigor to the problem-solving process while remaining highly attuned to customer needs and timeframes. I hold a law degree from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and I am licensed in Utah and Washington, D.C.
