Since joining First American in 2005, I’ve held a wide range of roles, including General Assistant, Production Assistant, Escrow Assistant, Office Administrator, Administrative Manager, and now Account Manager. This hands-on experience has given me a deep understanding of the full transaction lifecycle. I’m known for strong process management and for initiating continuous improvement projects that enhance efficiency and client service.
