Ken Bendalin

I am a commercial real estate executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning asset management, investment sales, development execution, acquisitions, underwriting, and leasing. I bring a comprehensive perspective shaped by work across both ownership and client-service platforms, with deep expertise in retail (open-air and enclosed malls), office, industrial-flex, and multifamily sectors.

Over the course of my career, I have managed more than 25 million square feet of commercial space and 3,000 residential units, representing more than $8 billion in asset value across diverse U.S. markets. I have executed development and redevelopment strategies for over 10 million square feet of assets and completed transactions totaling more than 12 million square feet. Ken has led high-performing teams of up to 25 professionals and cultivated long-term relationships with top institutional clients.

Following a successful career with developers and operators on the equity side, I now represents clients nationwide in their commercial title, escrow, and construction escrow needs as part of First American Title’s National Commercial Services division.
