I serve as Underwriting Counsel for the National Commercial Services Division of First American, where I advise on matters pertaining to the issuance of title insurance policies, agreements, and other transactional documents in connection with commercial real estate transactions spanning all fifty states. I obtained my Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law and am admitted to practice law in Colorado and Massachusetts. I currently reside in the Denver Metro Area with my wife and two children, where I enjoy golfing, snowboarding, and playing my guitar as much as time allows.
