John Paul ("JP") Beitler III

I’m a commercial real estate executive with over 20 years of experience and have worked on more than $500M in projects as an advisor, owner, and developer. That background allows me to effectively advocate for clients and anticipate risks tied to complex title insurance needs.

My experience spans high-rise office, hospitality, multifamily, retail, industrial, parking, and public-private projects. I’ve negotiated and executed dozens of complex agreements, including purchase and sale contracts, ground leases, TIF agreements, construction loans, hotel franchise and management agreements, and zoning applications.

I began my career as a paralegal, which gives me a strong working knowledge of legal documents and makes collaboration with attorneys efficient and effective. I’m a graduate of SMU, a licensed Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker, and a LEED Green Associate.

Outside of real estate, I’m an FAA-licensed private pilot (instrument rated) and a certified open water diver.
