Ellen Bentson

I am an Associate Commercial Escrow Officer and Escrow Assistant Team Lead with First American Title. With nine years of experience at First American and more than four years dedicated to commercial escrow, I bring extensive company knowledge and a strong understanding of the complexities involved in commercial real estate transactions.

Based in the Denver office, I support commercial transactions from opening through closing, working closely with buyers, sellers, attorneys, lenders, and internal teams to help ensure all parties and documentation are aligned for a successful closing. As Escrow Assistant Team Lead, I also provide guidance and support to my team, helping coordinate training and development while promoting consistency throughout the closing process.

Outside of work, I enjoy skiing, exploring the great outdoors, and spending quality time with friends and family. As an avid concertgoer, I also love experiencing live music and am always looking forward to the next great show.
