Amanda Angstman

I am a National Account Manager at First American’s Minneapolis National Commercial Services office. Since 2017, I’ve been helping clients navigate complex commercial transactions with a focus on Agricultural, Industrial, and Hospitality assets. I’ve led high-volume multisite deals—including portfolios of 400+ locations—and I thrive on bringing structure, speed, and strategy to every project. My background in hospitality and over a decade running a successful makeup artistry business taught me the importance of detail, empathy, and exceptional client service. Those experiences continue to shape how I approach my work today—building strong relationships, communicating thoughtfully, and making the title process feel seamless. I’m actively involved in Minnesota’s commercial real estate community through NAIOP and ULI. I chaired NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Networking Committee from 2022 to 2024 and currently lead the Community Enhancement Committee.

Outside of work, I love traveling with my daughter Lucy, attending concerts, camping, and spending time at the lake. I’m based in Minneapolis and known for my warmth, hustle, and ability to turn every interaction into a meaningful connection.
