Dawn Lewallen is Regional Director of Underwriting and Senior Division Underwriting Counsel for First American Title Insurance Company's National Commercial Services division. She is responsible for for providing quality underwriting support, mentoring and training to underwriters in the Southwest Region, the First American Timber Group, Centralized Underwriting Group and the First American Energy Group. ensuring best in class service to our commercial customers meeting the unique needs of each transaction.

Dawn has over 26 years’ experience in the title insurance industry. She is a Co-Corporate Sponsor of the Native American Lands Practice Group for First American and a member of the NCS-Native American Lands Task Force for the American Land Title Association. She is also currently a member of the Energy Practice Group, Oil & Gas Practice Groups and the AI Practice Group for First American.

Blake Hardwick is Vice President and Division Underwriting Counsel for the Commercial Agency Support Team in First American's National Agency Services division. In his current role, he leads a group of underwriters and counsel that regularly underwrite data center transactions at every stage of development and operation.

Prior to joining First American, Blake practiced law at Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. in Arizona and then Colorado. During his time at there, Blake represented lenders in secured and unsecured loan transactions, with a primary emphasis on commercial real estate banking.
