ALTA updated several commonly used commercial endorsements in 2025 to modernize language, clarify exclusions, and align forms with the 2021 ALTA Policy Jackets. These remain the current standards for 2026:
Effective February 23, 2026, revised ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey Standards for commercial transactions clarify encroachments, easements, and certifications. While coverage is unchanged, the updates may affect underwriting decisions involving survey-related endorsements and exceptions.
