Michael Williams

I serve as a Regional Sales Manager for the National Commercial Services (NCS) Division of First American Title Insurance Company. I have been with First American since July 1987 and bring nearly four decades of experience in the title insurance industry. For the first 20 years of my career, I worked extensively in Title and Escrow Operations, holding a wide range of roles including Search & Examiner, Residential Title Officer, Commercial Title Officer, Litigation Title Officer, Subdivision Title Officer, Escrow Manager, Subdivision Manager, and Regional Production Manager. This broad operational background has given me deep technical expertise and a comprehensive understanding of complex real estate transactions. Over the past 19 years, I’ve been entrenched on the business development side of the business, first as a National Account Manager and now today, I lead regional sales efforts for NCS, supporting sophisticated commercial real estate transactions throughout the region. I am a graduate of the University of Southern California, where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
